Les Ardillers is a 1.6-hectare plot of 40- to 45-year-old Chardonnay on a light slope facing east, on very clayey soil over large limestone slabs. In 2021 half the wine aged for eleven months in used barrels and half on its lees in stainless steel, followed by eight more months in tank after blending. It was bottled without fining or filtration.
